What is the Late Cancellation & No Show Policy? (Pilates)
In order to create a happy and fair experience for all of our valued clients and as a courtesy to our staff who pre-plan classes to suit individuals who are booked in we have a cancellation policy in place.
To avoid the late cancellation & No Show fee of $25 (or one stamp on your 10 class card), it is each client’s responsibility to cancel via phone 02 4284 9578 or text message to 0407 216522 at least 6 hours in advance (or by 8pm the night prior for any morning class) should you need to cancel or reschedule your class. No shows and classes cancelled less than 6 hours in advance will be subject to the $25 fee (for casual clients payable prior to attending your next class), or for clients who have purchased a 10 class card you will then forfeit that class and will be stamped twice at your next class.
Please be mindful to cancel the night before prior to 8pm so that someone on the waitlist especially for a 6am class may be contacted to take your spot. Please don't late cancel right before morning classes when it is really difficult to then give enough notice to someone on the waitlist.
What is the Late Cancellation & No Show Policy? (Tap Classes)
Tuition Fees will be credited towards the following term should a weekly class be cancelled by Rhythmic Moves for any reason.
