Working professionally as a Choreographer, Lighting Designer, Stage Manager and performer as well as having an extensive dance background, teaching dance for over 30 years, Natalie fell in love with the Pilates Method to supplement her own dance training.

After studying Pilates for over 10 years, Natalie added another string to her bow and became a qualified Pilates Matwork Instructor through Tensegrity Training.

Natalie is known for her attention to detail and dedication to all her clients. She aims to be a positive role model for all her clients and looks forward to continuing to share her passion for Pilates with all her clients in the future.

Tap Dance Teacher

Natalie has been the principal of Rhythmic Moves School of Dance & Performing Arts for the over 30 years and is enthusiastic about every facet of the performing arts. Natalie has studied Ballet, Tap, Rhythm Tap, Jazz, Ballroom, Latin and Drama with a number of teachers in the Illawarra, at Sydney Dance Company, under EDTA Founding Director Daphne MacDonald as well as completeing a Bachelor of Creative Arts at University of Wollongong. In 2013, Natalie added another string to her bow and became a certified Pilates Matwork Instructor. Natalie is a highly sought after guest teacher having taught around the world from the Melbourne International Tap Festival to Bremen, Germany.

She has worked professionally as a choreographer, stage manager, lighting designer and performer - including appearing in Gil Stroming's Break The Floor on Broadway, New York.  In recent times, Natalie was Choreographer for Les Miserables (2022), Sweeney Todd (2021), Jekyll & Hyde (2018), Wicked (2017), Hair (2016), Associate Choreographer for The Addams Family (2015), Choreographer for The Phantom Of The Opera (2014), Carousel (2013), Assistant Choreographer for Footloose (2012) & A Chorus Line (2011) and Choregrapher for The Last Eisteddfod (2007) and The Producers (2008) for the Arcadians.
