Pilates Studio Policies

Do not attend class if you are feeling at all unwell.

Text Natalie on 0407 216522 to cancel at least 6 hours prior to your class to avoid being charged.

No Show and Late Notice Cancellation Fees
You can still cancel up to 6 hours prior to your class (or by 8pm the night prior for 6am clients) and avoid being charged the late cancellation fee ($25 or a stamp on your card).

Three month expiration on all 10 class cards
You have three months to use your 10 classes (2 Free lessons) from the date of purchase.

No refunds, replacements or extensions on unused or expired cards.

New cards purchased will have extra weeks added due to public/school holidays and/or cancelled classes.

NO Classes during NSW Public school holidays or on NSW Public Holidays
Classes will not be run during NSW Public School Holidays or on NSW Public Holidays. 

Pilates 10 class cards purchased will have additional weeks added to expiration date due to cancelled classes & school/Public holidays.
